I have been lucky enough to have travelled the world enjoying different cultures, their food and their drink.

Each country’s cuisine, excites and inspires, having it’s own unique style and flavours, from which taste memories are created. I have drawn on these memories, and my coaching at Rick Stein’s Seafood School and the School at the Oriental Hotel, Bangkok, to create my own fusion food. Equally, the classic dishes are not neglected.

Good food brings people together, not only to eat, but also for the enjoyment of a shared occasion. I look forward to introducing you to our cuisine and serving you a memorable meal.

I trained at the Rick Stein Seafood School and the Mandarin Oriental Cooking School.
